South Sudan President Salva Kiir has relieved the minister of Higher Education Denay Jok Chagor from his position as minister of higher education and appointed him as Governor of Jongolei State. In another presidential decree, Kir appointed Gabriel Changson Chang the new minister of Higher Education. The president on the other appointed Hon. Deng Alor Kuol the new minister for East African Community Affairs replacing late John Luk Jok.
